Small Country Camping Policies


  • No discounts. Price includes all utilities. Units are furnished but you must bring your own linens, toiletries, clothing, food, and entertainment devices. A credit card is kept on digital file and will be charged reasonable costs if there is damage, breakage or theft of the cabin, deck, or lots are not left clean and free of bottles, cans, butts and trash. A $200 fee may be charged for excessive cleaning or damages to units. No pets and no smoking permitted in rental units or any Small Country buildings.


  • RVs and Trailers may be stored with no electricity or water for $2/day in dry storage area; on-site storage permitted if the guest is returning the next weekend and the site is not already booked – the storage price is $5/night or $8/night with electricity. No discounts. No liability by the campground / no assistance in entering the site or spotting of RVs by campground staff.


  • No discounts on holiday weekends or special event weekends. Small Country will honor discounts for camping guests including the following: 50% for active military and their immediate family, and touring bicyclists; 10% off for Seniors, AAA, NCRV, FMCA, Coachman, and groups of 10 or more if sites are reserved in advance. We shall continue honoring Escapees and Passport America members at the agreed camp site rate (wi-fi is extra in Super Sites if requested) except on holiday weekends or special weekends. Happy Camper discounts fall, winter and spring only. No discounts on rental units or storage.


  • No more than two (2) motorized vehicles per site (the second vehicle may be required to be parked in our group parking area.) Additional vehicles will be charged $5/day and may not be used for inter-campground transportation. There shall be no more than two (2) sleeping units (RVs, vans, tents) per site.
  • Golf Carts – campers are permitted to bring their own golf carts. We require your insurance information. No one under 16 is permitted to use golf carts on the premises.
  • Pets are welcome but we strictly apply the “no bark – no bite” policy, a leash law and clean up after pet (state law). Check in/out time is 12:00 NOON on RV sites. Quiet hour is 11pm. Children under 18 must be at their campsite and under a parent’s supervision after 11pm. Management reserves the right to evict for infraction of rules (ask for a copy of the complete Rules).
